A Contracting Company LLC. looks to provide a Work Force Program through our non-profit arm the DeLoren Foundation, which would offer several industry standard trainings, including but not limited to; CDL and Diesel Mechanical Training, as well as Osha, Flagging, and Safe Serve Training. Through our non-profit arm, the DeLoren Foundation will present opportunities for A Contracting Company LLC. to provide industry standard trainings and placement opportunities for participants upon completion. Participate will also develop the 21st Century social and emotional skills necessary to be competitive in today’s economy.
A Contracting Company looks to provide support in three distinct categories:
- Training Programs. A Contracting Company looks to operate a training program for residents of DC, MD and VA. Residents will develop and receive industry standard training in various fields, including but not limited to: CDL Training, Diesel Truck Mechanical Training, Digital Media, Safe Serve, OSHA, Security, etc. Trainings will allow residents to receive necessary certifications to compete in the rapidly growing job market.
- Unsubsidized Employment Placement. A Contracting Company will look to provide employment opportunities to community residents. In addition, we will look to provide residents who successfully complete the training program paid internship opportunities within the company. In addition, participants will work with our job development specialist to explore career opportunities.
- Advocacy and Outreach. A Contracting Company will use a variety of channels to share information about the organization and its activities and programs to stakeholders. We will also work with community stakeholders to recruit participants for training programs.
